The first annual cleanup that was conducted in the Fall of 2007. It was a major success. The Great South Bay Society will be looking to repeat and exceed it accomplishments in the Fall of 2008. Additionally, the group is planning to conduct a cleanup of larger items in the bay, like engine blocks and small boats, using heavy equipment in the Spring of 2008 and in subsequent years.
